Part A - Brainstorming Session

Our group of 5 chose to use Google+ Hangout to meet and discuss our group leadership project. Each of us were able to log-in to the chat room with our Gmail addresses and use our webcams and mics to discuss our project.

Advantages included all group members could see and hear each other clearly. We were also able to link to and collaboratively edit a GoogleDoc while discussing our project. This way we were able to choose a technology, assign responsibilities, and create a timeline our project.

Disadvantages of our chosen tool included a slow start because a couple of people were experiencing log-in problems or being dropped unexpectedly from the hangout chat. We also struggled a bit in the beginning to find a way to record our session. Eventually, we were able to troubleshoot through these issues and have a successful meeting.
